Jesse Olson, Environmental Service Director
Jesse is the incredible environmental service director at GlenOaks Senior Living Campus. He is certainly a familiar face around New London. Jesse works very hard on campus and, for the last 6 years, has shared his time working on the New London Fire Department. He is also an active member of the Lakes Area First Responders.
He currently resides in New London with his wife of 13 years and his two children. He is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys being on the boat in the summer.
Jesse has been a member of the GlenOaks team since June 2019. His prior experience includes working on the city maintenance crew for 6 years. As the environmental service director, his responsibilities include inventory management and overall campus operations.
Jesse is very knowledgeable and quick to respond to anyone in need. He remains a vital part of the GlenOaks team and is always willing to help!
Michelle Hofmann, Clinical Reimbursement Manager
Michelle is the clinical reimbursement manager and MDS coordinator at GlenOaks Senior Living Campus. Working as an RN in the facility for 19 years, Michelle is truly a familiar face. With a 26-year background in long term care, she brings with her an abundance of knowledge.
Michelle lives with her husband of 20 years and two children, in Brooten. In her free time, Michelle enjoys finding and exploring new places. She also loves to be outside and utilizes the nice weather for camping, ATV riding and kayaking. She also enjoys reading.
As the clinical reimbursement manager and MDS coordinator, her primary responsibilities include, performing resident assessments for reimbursement purposes, care planning and ICD-10 coding to individual diagnosis that are needed for insurance reimbursement. She is also a key player in Reimbursement.
Michelle is a great resource and will continue to be an excellent member of the GlenOaks team that will be available to answer questions and help any way that she can.
Sue Swanson, Housing Manager
Sue is truly an asset to the campus. Working as the Housing Manager, she is one of the most senior members of the GlenOaks team. She has been with the campus for 35 years, starting her career as a CNA in high school.
Sue received her certification in Human Services and Gerontology, which allowed her to continue her career at GlenOaks for 12 years as the Social Service Director. In 2010, she became the Housing Manager, where she has presided over the assisted living suites and the independent living apartments for the past decade.
Sue is no stranger to the New London area. She grew up in Belgrade, and currently resides on her childhood farmstead. She has one daughter that lives close by. Together, she and her daughter raise goats, chickens, turkeys, and horses. She states that she enjoys staying active and spends most of her time at home tending to the animals. She also enjoys her role taking care of senior dogs. She currently has 5 foster dogs that she loves to walk daily.
The Housing Manager oversees all day to day operations of the assisted living suites and the independent living apartments. She is also responsible for updating families on current residents, as well as assessing incoming referrals. Sue also oversees all the admissions and discharges of the independent living apartments. She continues to be a valuable member of the GlenOaks team and is always willing to lend a helping hand as well as answer any questions that you have!

Lori Pederson, Wellness Director
Lori is our Wellness Director. She has been with GlenOaks Senior Living Campus since October 2018. Previously, she worked for Prudential and Divine House and prior to that she worked as a Children and Family Ministry Director with Peace Lutheran Church for 6 years. Lori is currently working to achieve her certificate as an Activities Director. With this certification, added to her already impressive background, she will continue to enrich the lives of the residents at GlenOaks Senior Living Campus.
Lori has been a member of the New London – Spicer community for 23 years. Growing up in Benson, moving here was not too big of a change. She and her husband of nearly 20 years, have loved living in the New London area. They have 6 children, three of which still live at home. They also have 10 grandchildren which they adore! She loves to spend time with her family on the weekend. In the summers, they love to frequent the beaches. Her hobbies include, shopping, crafting, and going to movies. She loves to travel and says that she cannot wait for the day to take a trip to Europe with her husband.
The responsibility of the Wellness Director is to prepare care plans for resident activity and wellness. She also plans and implements the activity calendar for the campus. Lori is an exceptional member of the GlenOaks team and is here to help answer any questions you may have!
Char Wold, Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)
Char has been with GlenOaks Senior Living Campus for 9 years. She has been an asset to our clinical team as a RN case manager.
Char has been working as a nurse since 1994, when she graduated with her LPN degree. She received her RN degree in 1996 and has been working in a variety of positions in healthcare; including at the Belgrade Nursing Home as a DON.
Char lives on a farm with her husband. She also has 3 daughters that she is very proud of. In her free time she enjoys camping, biking, snowmobiling and riding her horses. She is an avid traveler and has been to Europe on several occasions. Her favorite place is Norway.
In her new position as ADON, she will be overseeing infection control and will be responsible for new staff orientation. Char will also be involved as part of our admissions team and she is here to help!
